Hi Simon, I've watched your show on rthk. So touched that you have done something for the community by giving out free meals and truly listening to what they need. Thing is, I have a dream to open up my own little restaurant/takeaway shop, but with all the high food costs and rent, I'm still observing and calculating how it goes. For the time being, I only get to place my food stall every Sunday for now. You have inspired me and I'm planning to do something similar to what you have done if I get to open my small shop. Keep it up!
